PCM stands for Plot, Character, Meaning. Each beat gets three 1–10 scores: Plot captures external action and change, Character captures internal transformation and revelation, and Meaning captures thematic and emotional significance. Plotting these three scores in 3D reveals the shape of a story’s dramatic movement and lets you diagnose structural imbalances.

What is the Audience Emotion bar?

The Audience Emotion bar is a strip above the 3D canvas that shows what a viewer would feel while watching each beat. It covers ten emotions: curiosity, tension, fear, hope, joy, sadness, anger, love, awe, and confrontation. Emotions are either extracted by the AI or derived from the beat’s conflict stage and narrative position.

What is Scene Intelligence?

Scene Intelligence finds structurally similar beats in a curated dataset of 120 scenes from 6 classic films, ranked by a weighted similarity score across PCM, narrative position, character arc, conflict stage, and thematic stage. For any beat, you can see matching reference scenes, generate three AI screenplay variations adapted to your world, and edit or save a final version.
